Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking, purchasing, or otherwise engaging with Jericho (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to the terms outlined herein. These Terms of Service govern all transactions, services, and communications between the Client and Jericho.

2. Services

Jericho provides creative and professional services as described on official platforms or through written agreements. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each service are determined prior to payment.

3. Payments

All payments are due in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are accepted through the methods specified by Jericho. Work will not begin until payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

1. Clients are eligible for a full refund (100%) if requested within twenty-four (24) hours of payment.

2. After the 24-hour period, refunds may be issued at Jericho’s discretion, up to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the total payment amount.

3. To qualify for a discretionary refund, the request must be submitted within six (6) months of the date the work was completed. 

4. Refund requests made after  (6) months from completion are not eligible for any refund.

5. Failure to follow instructions or guidelines at any time voids all refund eligibility. 

6. All refund determinations made by Jericho are final and binding. 

5. Revisions and Modifications

Reasonable revisions are included as stated in each service package. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines and outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Jericho remain the intellectual property of Jericho until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the Client unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Jericho agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and materials unless disclosure is required by law or written consent is provided by the Client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jericho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Acceptance

Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, and timelines differ from person to person. Services are provided based on professional experience and best practices, but specific results cannot be guaranteed. By submitting payment or booking services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
